Shipping Policy

At STR (S4veTheRuined), each piece is handled with intention, care, and precision. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

On-Hand / Ready-to-Ship Items

Products listed as in stock are already produced and ready to ship.

  • Processing & Shipping Time: 2–7 business days

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as pre-order are produced specifically for your order. This allows us to maintain quality, craftsmanship, and limited production runs.

  • Production & Shipping Time: 2–8 weeks

  • This timeframe includes both manufacturing and shipping.

  • Updates will be provided if your order is ahead of or approaching the longer end of the production window.

Important Notes

  • Shipping times do not include potential carrier delays once the package is in transit.

  • Orders containing both on-hand and pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise stated.

  • All sales are final once production has begun on pre-order items.
